Hello, I'm Rachel.

I'm the founder and chief business strategist at 600 Acres. I created 600 Acres to work with entrepreneurs one-on-one to not only elevate their brand and customer experience, but to connect all the dots in their business. I strongly believe each client has different needs, so at 600 Acres we work carefully to maximize our time together in a way that best suits your business.

But before we dive into business, let me tell you a bit more about the brain behind it.

Where I've Lived

Edinburgh, Scotland

I moved to Edinburgh for my masters degree in Marketing & Business Analysis at the University of Edinburgh Business School in September 2017. This 12 month degree surely has me hopped up on caffeine with my head in the books. I already love living in this beautiful city and am learning more about living like a local in Scotland everyday!

London, England

Oh London! The city that started my travel adventures. I moved to England in autumn 2013 to start university in Kensington and used London as a going-off point for nearly all my travels until 2017. My tiny studio in Notting Hill allowed me to enjoy Portobello Market each morning, grab a coffee at a local cafe, or just walk along the canal that runs through my neighborhood. I was one of those crazies who commutes to university via bicycle so I was often buzzing around with groceries strapped on top of my back wheel.

Athens, Greece

For my semester abroad at university I chose to study at DEREE, The American College of Greece, the top university in the country. I traveled to many parts of the country including Nafplio, Meteora, Mykonos, and Hydra, but Athens still remains one of my favorite cities in Europe. While there I learned a bit of Greek and lived like a local ordering a block of feta from the barrel each week and enjoying freddo cappuccino each morning with the locals.

Cambridge, England

In Summer 2014 I was chosen to study at Cambridge at King’s College. I lived at King’s where I studied late nights in a library that might remind you of Hogwarts, climbed roofs of buildings from the 1400s and made some of the best friends I’ve ever had. That summer I also traveled to Edinburgh, Scotland for the first time where I would later apply for grad school (and would get in!).
